Q: Where is your shop located?

A: We are located in GF, Shoppesville Plus, Greenhills, San Juan Metro Manila, Philippines

Q: How do I pre-order an item?

A: Steps to pre-order an item is as follows:

  1. Create an account in Matt's Box Toy Store.
  2. Find and click on the items you want to pre-order.
  3. Click "Add to Cart" button. 
  4. When you've finished selecting all items, click the "Checkout" button.
  5. Enter the necessary details asked in the Checkout page.
  6. Click "Complete Order".
  7. Settle your downpayment within 3 days.
  8. Submit a picture or screenshot of your downpayment to our Facebook or email (mattsboxph@gmail.com).
  9. We will send a confirmation email / message once your order and downpayment are checked and confirmed.

Q: What are the payment options?

A: We have three payment options available:

  1. BDO: 006960124823
  2. BPI: 0049065856
  3. Gcash: +639178248191

Q: What are the shipping options?

A: Customers have three options to get/receive their items:

  1. Pickup: Shoppesville Plus (store is open from 10am - 5pm)
  2. Meetup: Festival Mall Alabang, iMall Canlubang, SM Calamba (by schedule)
  3. Shipping: Grab, Lalamove, LBC, J&T, JRS c/o buyer

Q: How will I be notified when my pre-order arrives?

A: When item arrives, we reached out to customers via facebook, contact number or email.

Q: How many days do I have to settle my balances once item arrives?

A: We allow 7 days for the customer to settle remaining balances. If customer failed to pay within 7 days, reservation will automatically be cancelled and downpayment will be forfeited.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: We do not allow change or cancellation of orders. However, if a customer failed to pay within 7 days once the item arrived, reservation will automatically be cancelled and downpayment will be forfeited.
